TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with blu-kat.com. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on blu-kat.com. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with BLU KAT HB and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.

DISCLAIMER
Blu-kat.com do not guarantee that all the items available at the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by email.

Part of the services mediated through the site are performed by outside organizations. In situations where blu-kat.com act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

Colors We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

All images are © BLU KAT and are not to be used without permission. For press material and inquiries, please contact us by email.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by VISA / Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. When paying by credit or debit card, blu-kat.com reserves the right to check the validity of the card, that there is enough balance to cover the purchase sum, and that the address details of the purchaser are correct. BLU KAT reserves the right to deny the purchase. Credit card payment is made with our partners Paypal and IZettle. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Prices
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). All prices displayed at blu-kat.com include country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fee will be added to the order in the checkout step and might differ based on which country your order is shipped to.

On orders shipped to countries outside the EU, the VAT amount of the price will be deducted at checkout. BLU KAT is not responsible for any local import duties and/or taxes that may be added once the package reach your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Currencies
BLU KAT cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates that the bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
BLU KAT will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. BLU KAT will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. We dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. BLU KAT is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. For futher shipping information please refer to the shipping & delivery page.

 

RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this period we trust that you will treat the product and its packaging with care. All products must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. BLU KAT can not accept returns where labels have been removed.

For exchanges and returns please send an email to info@blu-kat.com, explaining the reason for your return or exchange.

Pack your garment in suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).

Please ship the items in the post to us. We're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address: BLU KAT, Vikingagatan 9, SE-113 42 Stockholm, Sweden.

Shipping costs on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, BLU KAT will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.

If your order was paid with a credit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.

Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Faulty Items
Items are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

BLU KAT will not pay shipping for uncollected packages. Customers will be charged with the cost of return freight and administrative fees.
