Returns + Exchanges
All products must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. BLU KAT can not accept returns where labels have been removed.
For exchanges and returns please send an email to info@blu-kat.com, explaining the reason for your return or exchange.
1. Pack your items in a suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
2. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address: BLU KAT, Katarina Bangata 17, SE-116 39 Stockholm, Sweden.
3. Please send the items back using the regular postal service or any carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
BLU KAT is not responsible for returns in transit so please consider using a trackable shipping option to make sure the return arrives safely.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
