An original poster from Calder's mobiles exhibition at Galerie Maeght in 1954, the poster features the artwork 'Mobiles' by celebrated sculptor Alexander Calder.

Although American sculptor Alexander Calder is best known for his invention of hanging mobiles, he was a master of many mediums; painting, designing theatre sets and creating prints throughout his career.

In 1946 Aimé and Marguerite Maeght founded Galerie Maeght in Paris and the art museum la Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul de Vence. The gallery and the museum has collaborated with some of the worlds most famous artists and has a unique and impressive art collection.

For BLU ART we have selected some of our favortie pieces from their vast collection. Our selection look beautiful together as a group for an eclectic art wall, or as a single striking centrepiece.
