All Lovi products are made of 100% birch plywood from the forests of Finland. The wood that is used is PEFC certified, which means that new trees are replanted right after felling.

USA - 239 SEK (approx. USD $24) - FREE over 2500 SEK, except for furniture and over-sized items. We will email you an estimated shipping cost for furniture and over-sized items before we confirm your order.
REST OF THE WORLD - 399 SEK - FREE over 2500 SEK, except for furniture and over-sized items. We will email you an estimated shipping cost for furniture and over-sized items before we confirm your order.
SHIPPING METHODS
In Sweden, your parcel will be sent using the regular postal service, UPS or DHL. Larger packages will have to be picked up at your nearest pick-up place.
For interanational orders we ship with UPS or in some cases the regular postal service, depending on the size of the parcel and the destination.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days (subject stock availability). We operate Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
IN-STORE PICK UP
If you live in Stockholm, or near by, you are welcome to pick up your order in our store on Katarina Bangata 17. Subway stop: Medborgarplatsen.

Please select Pick Up as your shipping method at the checkout.
All products must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. BLU KAT can not accept returns where labels have been removed.
For exchanges and returns please send an email to info@blu-kat.com, explaining the reason for your return or exchange.
1. Pack your items in a suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
2. For an easy return, please contact us by email and we can provide you with a UPS return label and you can drop the package off at your nearest UPS location. The shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund.
You may also send the items back using the regular postal service or any carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
BLU KAT is not responsible for returns in transit so please consider using a trackable shipping option to make sure the return arrives safely.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.
